Penryn LDC – Cornwall July 25th 2018
Laydeez do Comics is a women led unique graphic novel forum that is open to all.
Artists, academics, publishers and fans from around the world are invited to speak. It is a platform for people to test new works and ideas, where emerging artists present their work alongside more established practitioners. The evenings offer an inspiring experience in a social atmosphere for both those new to comics and those already immersed.
This is the first LDC event in Cornwall, Louise Crosby will host the event. She usually runs LDC Leeds. She will give a brief intro to LDC including the LDC Prize at the start. We will also discuss the possibility of a regular comics forum in the area.
